The Body Essence Personal Training philosophy can best be summed up by a single word: BALANCE! To improve our quality of life and well-being we must strive for balance. Balance is necessary in our training, eating habits, and during rest and recuperation.
During the initial fitness and functional assessment we will analyze your strengths and weaknesses in order to focus on and improve the weak link - "You are only as strong as your weakest link!". We believe in functional movements that will enhance work and sport performance while always encouragning the development of an ideal posture.
In our eating habits we want to achieve balance through appropriate patterning and frequency of meals. It is important that each meal consists of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in a proper balance.
Finally, ample rest and recuperation are vital ton achieve success with your training. Sleep is, of course, a must, as is the appropriate frequency of training, in order to provide sufficient recuperation between workouts.
