A: Except for the 2-minute static back extension, the rep goals listed in the article are directed toward males and should be adjusted for females. Females have roughly half the strength of males in the upper body and around three-quarters in the lower body. Therefore, females should aim for 10 chin-ups or pull-ups, 50 push-ups, and 7 pistols per side.
